A new message to test
No wilted surprises. Every plant is meticulously packaged and arrives full and healthy, ready to plant.
Example copy. Adapt claims to your own product.
Customers say plants arrived healthy, in perfect condition or carefully packed (19 of 40); none of the 10 sampled live ads mention it. The ads talk about the plants and the price, not the condition they arrive in.
Before you use it: The sample covers 11 days and leans on invited reviews. Check damage and replacement rates before making arrival condition a promise.

40 sampled Trustpilot reviews · 25 Sept 2026 – 5 Oct 2026. Overall source rating: 4.7/5 across 2,431 reviews. 10 own-page Meta ads sampled.
Sampling limits and context
Ads are a sample: 10 active ads from a keyword search for Plant Addicts in the Meta Ad Library (all countries), all from the brand's own Plant Addicts page. Ten or fewer ads are not the full ad inventory.
All 10 ads started between 25 and 29 Sep 2026, 6 to 10 days before collection. Running since is a start date only; it says nothing about spend, reach or results.
Gaps are checked against ad text only (titles, bodies, card text and link descriptions), not images or video. Card text on the two catalog ads mentions selection, nursery-quality plants, a plant warranty and family ownership, so none of those is treated as a gap.
One review (4 Oct) says an ad for Gold Forest Grass offered free shipping that checkout did not apply. No ad in this sample mentions free shipping, a reminder that 10 ads are not the full inventory.
Reviews are the 40 most recent on Trustpilot out of 2,431 (overall rating 4.7), all written in 11 days (25 Sep to 5 Oct 2026). 23 of the 40 carry Trustpilot's Verified label, which typically marks reviews invited by the business after an order. Recent, invited reviews can lean positive.
The customer side is thin in places: many reviews are one or two sentences, and at least two were written before the plant arrived. Read the themes as directional.
Critical notes are few: one review says prices are too high and two more say the plants are not the cheapest but worth it; one coupon code was not accepted; one buyer had trouble adding a card at checkout; one mentions slow carrier delivery; one an unspecified shipping issue that got a prompt response; plus the free-shipping mismatch above. None describes a plant that arrived damaged or dead, so the themes carry no counter-quotes.
Theme counts include only reviews that express the theme as labelled; a review can count toward more than one theme. Review titles count as part of the review, but quotes come only from review text.
Catalog and carousel card body, title and link-description text from the same source pull are included. Repeated-message counts include exact matching card excerpts; template placeholders are omitted.

What do I get?
Three proposed ad hooks, the customer reviews behind them, and a simple way to test each message. The full research also shows what the brand’s sampled Facebook and Instagram ads already say. Start with a free example; request a US$19 full brief for your own brand and two competitors.
Are these real customer reviews?
Yes. Customer quotes are checked word for word against the specific review they link to. Each example shows its collection date, sample size and limitations. Proposed ad copy is labelled separately from customer quotes.
Can I try my own brand or a competitor?
The five checked examples are available now without an account. Live research for new brands is opening soon. You can already request a US$19 brief for your brand and two competitors; we confirm scope and delivery time before you pay.
Will these ideas make my ads perform better?
They are ideas to test, not predictions. Public ads do not reveal spend, sales or conversion rates. We show the evidence and the caveats so you can decide what to test; an ad’s start date is not proof that it works.
What does the US$19 brief include?
Research on your brand and two competitors, customer pain points, proposed hooks and test ideas in a shareable brief, with linked sources. It is a one-off request, not a subscription. We confirm the scope and delivery time before any payment. The US$39/month Pro founding list is a separate, planned subscription.
Where does the research come from?
Meta’s public Ad Library and up to 40 recent Trustpilot reviews, collected through Monid. Examples are dated snapshots, not live inventories. We check advertiser identity, keep counter-voices and link the original sources. LaunchWords is independent of the featured brands. Contact us to request a correction or takedown.
